I had a luxurious sleep last night. Ahhhhhh… I actually slept through the whole night and had a looonnng dream with many scenes in it.
First song: After waking up with warm and sexy dream about an old boyfriend, I go into the bathroom and start humming: All the Girls I’ve Loved Before :) Ha!
The thing that I think is funny about my subconscious is that I’ll just start singing and than consciously I’ll think, “Why do I have this song in my head?” and then I’ll realize why and it makes me laugh. My subconscious is such a kidder.
Next song: When I start to write my dream down: Last night I had the strangest dream, I dreamed I sailed to China, on a little row-boat to find ya’
This one is pretty obvious and I often think of this song when I start to write my dreams down, however, it also came into my head while I was eating breakfast, but this part of it came into my head:
Never want another girl like you, take me under… I have to say, NO WAY!
And I hadn’t remembered that part of the song. I think I thought of that because I realized that even though I miss the man who was in my dream and would like to go back to that warm, cozy time, I still couldn’t accept him for who he is right now, which is sort of the bottom line.
Third song: It’s my life! Don’t you forget! After coming home from a business meeting and feeling happy. And thinking about my old boyfriends and what I missed out, and what I have, and being glad that I have what I have.
Fourth song: It ain’t what you do, its the way that you do it
Just now while feeling happy and dancing around my kitchen. :)
