After my second NIA class, I was so fired up that I researched it, finding out how to become a NIA instructor and getting all excited. Now I've calmed down about wanting to devote my life to NIA, but this kind of dance/body work/martial arts/spiritual focus engages all of me in a way no other movement class ever has. Amazing.
