		<description>Hi B~
Hey, I really enjoy your this blog posting on choosing habits and I'm glad to read from our blog that you've gotten into body bed rolling. Ain't it a great way to wake up. I find it inspiring that I can start my day with just a little bit of movement and kabaam, I feel so much better than just popping out of bed.

As for the starting habits, have you heard of the Kaizen Approach? Some people call it the Toyota method, as the Japanese car manufacturer made Kaizen more well known. My understanding of Kaizen is to make the smallest step possible towards improvement with the least amount of stress. I did a little research and it sounds like a very cool body of work to study.

Hope the body bed rolling is enjoyable and thanks for checking out our NiaDivas website.
