		<description>Interesting - I recently decided I needed to track some goals too - there's a thin line between a goal &#38; a habit - I guess what I was going for would actually be a habit too - or the goal of developing a particular habit or two.
     What I've come up with so far is very simple - a little student calendar notebook - 1 week per page with about 7 lines per day for making notes.  
    I can quickly code a habit I've accomplished for the day -
