And this is broad daylight with witnesses and pedestrians walking by. My brothers used to endure this kind of crap on a regular basis. One of my brothers and two of his friends were harassed by cops at a county fair and hauled into a security trailers for hours and berated - all because they were sitting on a walkway ledge. Those guys never even bothered calling the parents. This guy should be fired - but he won't. It's not against the law to be an asshole cop. If this guy has any kids, I wonder how THEY'RE doing.
